Finding Home

We provide outreach, shelter, and housing-based case management for people experiencing homelessness, focused on helping people find home and maintain long-term housing success. We collaborate closely with the Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness, building and investing in expanded housing options for the people we serve.
